RITM Residential Complex
On Sheboldaeva Street in Derbent, RITM translates the city's existing rhythm into a stepped residential ensemble. Light Rukel stone meets dark Dagestani shell limestone; terraces and deep window reveals give the facade its changing play of light. A landscaped courtyard makes room for play, sport and quiet retreat.
